Williams is a fantastic company. We've been using them for about four years. Over that time they've installed a swamp cooler for us, handled seasonal changeovers twice a year, done plumbing repairs, and most recently they replaced our furnace. They're honest and reliable and do a great job for us. Bret is the best! He really knows what he's doing.
Had these guys do a replacement of my AC and heater about a year ago, and after a brief hiccup everything was golden. I was shown how the furnace worked, and how to keep things working smoothly (how to change filters or reset the furnace) They even sent cookies after everything was done. I think everything took about a week or less. Would recommend
Knowledgeable, thorough, friendly, economical. They’re experts. This last February, my hvac’s inductor shorted out due to mice nibbling on the wires. The part was back ordered and it took 1.5 months to arrive. In the interim I used two spaces heaters and I also used the time to get rid of the mice permanently. The new inductor came in yesterday and Williams offered to install it right then but I scheduled it for today. I’m very happy with the quality, efficiency of their work and their customer service. And it’s great having my hvac working again.
Williams Mechanical did a fine job of assessing, repairing, and working with us on the warranty for, our Fujitsu mini-split sytem. We appreciated their professionalism.

I can’t express how grateful I am enough to this company and the tech who came out to our home. I knew something was wrong with our furnace somehow the heat was not able to heat our home. Imagine that for an entire year this continued, I have stories of how I tried to heat our place using small heaters until the breaker broke. With the oven it was so cold I nearly caused medical episode... finally this tech came by and in less than an hour figured out what was wrong and fixed the issue in 5 minutes. I got to feel real true heat coming out of our vents for the first time since moving in.. finally a nice enjoyable shower in a warm bathroom.. finally able to sleep all night without getting up in the middle of the night to switch heaters to another room to keep it warm, then getting up early just to heat bathroom area to get ready for work. Imagine that. All it took was one knowledgeable person to arrive and take care of my Year long problem. I am so grateful I want to do something nice to express my heartfelt gratitude. I really appreciate this company and the tech who worked on this. Please know we will talk about this forever. Fantastic folks over there at Williams Mechanical. I was having some issues with my truck and needed some Teflon tape to seal an air bag thread and Gabe over at Williams Mechanical went ahead and helped me out while he was fueling up and eating. If the service and friendliness extends to random strangers as much as it does their customers I highly recommend them for your needs and services.

New year and new service Willams dispatch a great tech by the name of Elijah. He did a terrific job of cleaning and prepping the AC for this summer. Even with a filter the water here is hard and creates all kinds of stones and sediment. He took his time and did an excellent job. Highly recommend.
I've been using Williams Mechanical for several years for my seasonal swam cooler switch-over. I appreciate their up-front pricing, responsive call center and thorough technicians. This summer, Elijah was prompt, gave the cooler a thorough cleaning and even warned me that it looked like my fan belt would go soon. I've tried other companies, they're more costly and/or provide worse service. I will continue to use Williams for my HVAC servicing needs.
This company was very helpful and useful they conducted their business with great dedication taking time to maintain a stable performance. An employee named Elijah came to my residency assisted and correcting problems within our AC unit his clear and understandable directions of what was wrong with the unit provided a better perspective upon what was causing trouble and doing so he corrected the flaws and installed new parts for us we are highly appreciative of his help and recommend you to use this company

We used Williams for a HVAC installation last month to replace an old swamp cooler system. Williams was the lowest price, provided a quality unit (Trane) and handled everything as proposed. The were flexible when we had a special need regarding existing ducting. I certainly recommend them for similar projects.
The condensation from my coil was overflowing in the catch pan. And caused a massive amount of water to leak all over the floor and bedroom of our new house we just bought. The problem turned out to be a plugged drain line, thankfully an easy and cheap fix. The HVAC system in the house we just bought is nearly 20yrs old. It would have been _very_ easy for the tech to tell us we needed a whole new system and that the issue was unfixable - and I would have had to believe them. This is unfortunately what I've come to expect these days, BUT the williams mechanical tech was *honest*. They fixed the issue and never once tried to up sell us on anything. We also had williams mechanical replace the ancient water heater in our house as well. They did an amazing job and it was 100% up to code - a lot of plumbers will leave out a lot of code features like catch pans, seismic straps, gas line sediment drop, etc.. My daughter and son-in-law have had wonderful experiences with williams mechanical on both of their houses as well. We will never use anyone but williams mechanical. Thank you williams mechanical! You are the best!

Excellent service. Bret, the technician that came, was early very knowledgeable and very professional. He spent extra time flushing my water heater when I asked him to and also taught me how to do it for future reference along with teaching me how to replace the mixer. I highly recommend this company and will definitely use them again when needed.

So my wife and I were in need of a new furnace for our 1941 house. Our existing furnace when we bought the house was in the crawl space with half the unit buried by dirt and starting to corrode. We were in dire need of a crucial placement for a new heating source somehow and someway and within our budget. I called around and received different estimates to install a new furnace in our guest bedroom closet and Williams Mechanical stood out and was within our budget. Jason and Nick were the installers and although it took 3 days to finish the install, the guys made sure to do everything right. Especially with our house being older and trying to make sure that a bedroom closet furnace could tie into the existing duct work, the existing gas line and the existing electric. Williams Mechanical got the job done. Would definitely recommend.

I am very impressed with the work done by Williams in removing my old swamp cooler and heater and replacing them with my new AC and heater. They repaired the roof where the old cooler had been and removed both of the old units. Williams was very responsive to my time frame, and Annette made sure to have the installation done as soon as possible so I would have the AC as the weather heated up. The installation crew, including Nick, Tate, and Chris, were very professional and efficient. They had the entire job completed in one day. Of course my furnace went kaput on our first day of snow! I called several companies for service but only Williams Mechanical could schedule a visit so timely. Very pleased with the professionalism of Tate who installed a new blower. The total price was on par with online estimates that I'd researched. Office staff was pleasant and efficient. I was texted confirming my appointment, which was great. I would highly recommend this company for super service and affordability. I'd use them again if I have to. Fingers crossed, though!
